Abuse Resistant
Flooring in a production food plant takes the most abuse of probably any area within the plant.
That is why in Production Areas we highly recommend Polyurethane Concrete Materials for these areas. This material has the ability to expand and contract with the concrete substrate due to extreme thermo-shocks. It can handle the chemical hot water wash downs that these areas typically see on a regular basis. They also have anti mold properties built in.
In Shipping and Receiving or non-production areas a high quality epoxy system of different thicknesses has the properties to hold up the riggers of hi-lo or truck traffic for long term performance and aesthetics of your plant.
